Refund Policy

This policy from VAST LOGIC LLC ("we", "us") applies when you buy an app on one of our websites and pay through Dodo Payments, such as Dimma Screen on dimmascreen.com. Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you ask within 14 days of your purchase, we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@vastlogic.dev from the address you used at checkout, or include your order ID. You can also ask for a refund through your Dodo Payments invoice email or the Dodo customer portal.
Dodo Payments sends the refund to your original payment method. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
After a refund, your license key is deactivated. The app stops working in licensed mode on all your Macs at its next check with our server.
Chargebacks
Contact us first: a refund from us is faster than a dispute with your bank. While a dispute is open, the license is paused.

You keep every right you have under consumer protection laws.
